Su Moon loves art, stories, French fries, and funny creatures -- marsupials and pinnipeds, in particular.

She is a Korean American author-illustrator, character designer, and mom, based in Southern California. 

​

She doodles and writes words of whimsy, woe, and walruses for children's books and tv.  ​

 

She has designed and developed animated projects for numerous studios, including Netflix, Nickelodeon, Disney, Cartoon Network, and Warner Bros.​

​

"VLAD IS MAD!" is her debut picture book. A graphic novel series, also with Balzer & Bray (Macmillan), is forthcoming.

​

She is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Communication Science & Disorders.
